Go to Apps and select Sendle from your list of installed apps.
Find the Order You Want to Cancel:
Navigate to the Orders or Shipments section within the Sendle app. This will display a list of all the shipments you have processed.
Locate the specific order or shipment you wish to cancel.
Cancel the Shipment:
Once you’ve selected the order, look for the option to Cancel Shipment or Cancel Booking. This may be a button or link on the order detail page.
Click on the cancellation option and follow any prompts to confirm the cancellation.
Confirm the Cancellation:
After confirming, the shipment status should update to Cancelled. You may receive a confirmation email from Sendle confirming that the cancellation was successful.
Sendle has announced that they will halt all new parcel pickup and delivery bookings effective January 11, 2026. Consequently, no bookings will be accepted through the API or dashboard, and the direct Shopify Shipping integration is expected to be removed. Joovii has a range of app integrations for other carriers and are ready to help you continue shipping.
For merchants who prefer pickups, we recommend switching to carriers such as Aramex, Couriers Please or Team Global Express. If you would like introductions to account representatives at any of these carriers, we would be happy to facilitate that connection. For merchants currently using our Sendle App with other carriers enabled, you can continue to book shipments with those carriers.
