The Joovii Shipping plugin communicates with external services to:
- Fetch live shipping rates
- Book consignments automatically
- Generate shipping labels
- Send tracking data back to your store
Security firewalls often block outbound or inbound API requests they do not recognise. Whitelisting the Joovii IP explicitly tells your security layer that this traffic is trusted and should always be allowed.
If there is a problem connecting the plugin to our systems you may be able to fix this by doing the below tasks.
1: Whitelisting in Wordfence
- In WordPress admin, go to Wordfence → Firewall
- Open All Firewall Options
- Locate Whitelisted IP addresses that bypass all rules
- Add:3.24.190.247
- Save changes
This prevents Wordfence from rate-limiting or blocking Joovii API calls.
2: Whitelisting in Cloud flare
- Log in to Cloudflare
- Select your domain
- Go to Security → WAF → Tools
- Under IP Access Rules, add:
IP Address: 3.24.190.247 - Action: Allow
- Apply the rule
If you are using Bot Fight Mode or advanced WAF rules, ensure this IP is excluded from challenge rules as well.
3: Other WordPress Security Plugins
If you use a different security plugin:
- Look for IP Whitelisting, Allowlist, or Trusted IPs – Add 3.24.190.247
- Clear plugin caches and retest shipping
If the above options have not worked please share temp admin login to info@joovii.com and click here to raise a support request.
