Sendle Woocom Plugin User Instruction

This app provides the ultimate connectivity between WooCommerce and Sendle. By integrating Sendle with your Woocom store, you get in cart shipping quotes,, shipment booking, shipping labels and easy tracking updates.

Subscription

To use the Joovii Sendle Premium Plugin, merchants must establish a subscription.   A 14 day trial is available to allow testing of the plugin.   Monthly and Annual plans are available.

Once subscribed, a merchant may continue to setup of the plugin including connecting to Sendle.   Without subscription, the plugin will not quote shipping in the cart/checkout and shipments will not be able to be booked.

1. Connection to Sendle API

With the plugin installed, add the Sendle api ID and KEY in the settings page. You can get the Sendle api id and key from the Sendle account dashboard, click here for more info. Please check the Sendle Api Mode ( by default it is set to the Live mode ).   Sandbox mode should only be used when separate sandbox API details are available.  Live credentials will not work in Sandbox ).

Also fill the details like Store Address Configuration including Sender Name, Valid Address, Contact number, Pickup Suburb & postcode etc. & other details.

After filing all the details your dashboard looks like the screenshot. If it’s not then please follow the INFO & click on HELP link. 

2. Manage Accounts

  1. You can manage your accounts from Settings > Accounts.From the settings page you can add/edit account details, update other settings, add/edit package details & Manage Sendle Products/Services.

Edit Account :  From Edit Account you can add a title of the account & add/edit Sendle ID & Key Check the screenshot below. 

Settings :  From settings user can change Bulkbooking rate which is Default rate selection settings for Bulkbooking. settings will be applied by default to all orders using sendle carrier. Each setting can be overridden on an order. 

Packages : You can add / update package details like name, length, height, width, weight & status.   These packages are defaults that can be easily selected when booking a shipment.

Manage Sendle Products : Manage services from settings > manage service

3.Manage Address

You can manage/override sender address for label from Settings > Manage Address.

And Default rate selection settings for Bulkbooking (This is applicable for multiple carrier only)

4. Manage Order 

You can manage the order list from Manage Order  > Orders.
From the order list you can view order details & book shipment, track shipment & print label.

5. Manage Subscription

You can manage the subscription & see the transaction details from manage Subscription

After Subscribe the page will look like this

Also user can check transaction details under Manage Subscription > Transactions
