You can set the title.
You can set sendle API Id, key and Mode[Sandbox/Live].
You can set addition Shipping quote markup [in %].
You can set Additional Handling Fee.
You can set Insert pickup days delay.
You can set the Pickup Instructions which will go to the sendle.
You can set the shipment booking mode. Following are the 3 options of booking mode.
1. Book shipment when an order is submitted by customer in the frontend >>>> Book the sendle shipment immediately after placing the order and then change the order status to “Processing” automatically. And when admin change the order status to “shipped” the sendle tracking number will be automatically added to order.
2. Book shipment when admin change the order status to ‘Processing’ >>> when admin change the order status to “Processing” then post the order to sendle and when admin change the order status to “shipped” then the sendle tracking number will be automatically added to order.
3. Book shipment directly into the sendle site. >>> only shipping quotes will be available on the frontend. No order will be submitted to sendle.
Important Announcement: Sendle Services
Sendle has announced that they will halt all new parcel pickup and delivery bookings effective January 11, 2026. Consequently, no bookings will be accepted through the API or dashboard, and the direct Shopify Shipping integration is expected to be removed. Joovii has a range of app integrations for other carriers and are ready to help you continue shipping.
For merchants who prefer pickups, we recommend switching to carriers such as Aramex, Couriers Please or Team Global Express. If you would like introductions to account representatives at any of these carriers, we would be happy to facilitate that connection.
