Absolutely not! Joovii shipping offers discounted rates to all customers, with no lock in contracts. You only pay for the shipping you book.
No. There’s no account setup required. Just install the app from the Shopify store and you can start viewing rates and booking shipping immediately. You don’t even need an account with a courier - you book through Joovii and we handle the rest.
Joovii offers a true Shopify integration, allowing you to manage the entire shipping process directly within Shopify. Many other providers, like Transdirect, are external and aggregate data between the two platforms. As a result, processes are less automated and require you to jump between multiple platforms.
We provide exceptional support including a complimentary shipping strategy consultation to help optimise and scale your business. Our team is always ready and able to offer support and resolve technical issues every step of the way.
We’ve made billing simple for you. When you book your first shipment, you will need to add a payment method via Stripe. Your shipping charges will be invoiced on a weekly basis.
You are welcome to bring your own carrier accounts. The first is included free and additional carriers can be added for an extra fee. More information can be found <here>.
If you’d like to compare and select the best rates across multiple couriers, that is entirely possible. Adding an additional courier, like Australia post, will incur a $10USD monthly fee. If you would like to add several couriers, we recommend making use of the Joovii Multi Carrier Shipping app.
