
Showing Shipping Rate at Checkout
To display real-time Australia Post eParcel shipping rates on your Shopify store using the Joovii eParcel app, follow these steps:
Install the Joovii eParcel App: Navigate to the Joovii Multi Carrier Shipping app or eParcel app on the Shopify App Store and click ‘Add app’ to integrate it into your store.
Configure Your Australia Post Account: Within the Joovii app settings, input your Australia Post eParcel account credentials. This integration enables the app to fetch accurate shipping rates based on your agreements with Australia Post.

Activate Carrier-Calculated Shipping Rates: Ensure that your Shopify plan supports carrier-calculated shipping (CCS). This feature is included in the Advanced Shopify and Shopify Plus plans. If you’re on a lower-tier plan, you can add CCS by switching to annual billing. Once the above is true, please contact Shopify support who will enable it immediately when requested.
Our app automatically adds Carrier with name (australiapost_joovii) to the shopify shipping option. Merchant has to add that Carrier to the proper zone to show it in the frontend checkout.

Our app will use the cart object product details to get the weight and use our own dimension management system ( if the merchant already set the dimension of the product in our app) to get the dimension of the product and get the pickup address and deliver address from the cart object and then calculates the rates from the api and show it at the checkout.
