Product Dimensions are required if you are calculating shipping by volume. You can bulk export the products from the Sendle App and then change the dimension in the CSV.\u00a0 Click on the\u00a0 “Export Products” button to export your Products as a CSV, like this screenshot<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

When updating\u00a0 your CSV file keep in mind it should be the same format as the export from the Shopify Sendle App<\/strong> ( it should have Product Title, Vendor, Product Type, Dimension, Variant, Action etc.) If this is changed or has errors it will not be imported into the\u00a0 Shopify Sendle App. When you change things in the CSV and save it, the data may get distorted like the Screenshot below (It will only happen in WINDOWS EXCEL not in MAC). To solve this just edit the CSV in a text editor and it will be fine. You can only get the correct CSV format from our app export button\u2026 other csv formats will not work in import process.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
