Sendle Configration For Bigcommerce
  1. How to set Sendle shipping in admin?

    After login to bigcommerce admin go to Left menu > Store Setup > shipping like following screenshot.

    A. Shipping Origin : This is the sender address and app will get this sender address to post Json to sendle for shipment booking or getting rates.
    B.Checkout Shipping Options : Here you have to set a zone or country for destination. After editing this page you can see our sendle shipping method in the "Real-time shipping quotes" section.





    Now you have to edit it to set sendle api id/key and other settings. You can see a connection tab for api id/key in setting popup.



  2. How to install the app or view app in the admin?

    After login to admin go to Left menu > App
    Now you can see our app in My app > My draft app But after marketplace submission you can see it under marketplace tab.
    You can also see installed app under app menu like the attached screenshot and install or uninstall it.


  3. Show shipping quotes in frontend and submit order.

    You can see the sendle shipping rates in the cart and checkout page. You have to add a product to cart then go to cart and checkout page.




    Now submit your order and go to admin -> leftmenu -> Order page and you can see your order.

  4. How to book sendle shipment from bigcommerce order with our app.

    We have a setting for “shipment booking mode” in admin->store setup > shipping > Checkout Shipping Options > edit Zone -> Real-time shipping quotes > sendle shipping > edit popup like the attached screenshot.



    We have the following 3 options in shipment booking mode

    A. Book shipment when an order is submitted by customer in the frontend
    B. Book shipment when admin change the order status to shipped
    C. Book shipment directly into the sendle site
    When admin choose Point A [Book shipment when an order is submitted by customer in the frontend] then the app will book the sendle shipment immediately after placing the order and change the order status to “Awaiting Pickup”. And when admin change the order status to “Shipped” then the app will add the sendle order id and tracking number to the order like the following screenshot.







    When admin choose point B [Book shipment when admin change the order status to shipped] Then app will not book the sendle shipment immediately after placing the order. Admin has to change the order status to “Shipped” to book the sendle shipment and after that app will book it and add the sendle order id and tracking number to the order.
    And when admin choose point C [Book shipment directly into the sendle site] nothing will happen. Admin has to go to sendle and book the shipment manually. Only shipping quotation will show in this mode.
